LOCATION:
Middleton is 5 miles south west of Tamworth.
CHURCH:
St John the Baptist
HISTORY:
The church was built in Norman times but has been altered over the years.
Middleton Hall, dating from the mid 13th century, was inhabited to the 1960s and is now being restored. The Hall was owned by the Marmion family and later the Willoughbys.
