PACKING & SHIPPING

The shipping charge for an order is calculated according to the destination country and the total weight of the ordered items. The full itemised bill, including the shipping charge, is shown when you complete the order form details (including your delivery address) but before you are committed to purchasing. A nominal amount is included within the shipping charge to cover packaging. All UK deliveries are sent second class via the Royal Mail. In the UK weights up to 250 gm are sent as Large Letters, over that weight as Packets*. For non-UK deliveries, items are sent Airmail as 'Small packets or Printed papers'. The maximum weight for any single parcel is limited to 1 Kilogram.

*Please note that some items, If purchased as a single item for postage within the UK, can be posted at large letter rate rather than packet. We may, therefore, offer a UK postage discount option.This discount is selected by the customer during the order process. Discount which is not claimed at the time of purchase can not be refunded. Correct entitlement to the discount is checked when the order is processed prior to despatch. If an incorrect discount has been claimed, the customer will be contacted for rectification before the order can be despatched.
